2022 Race Date - Trans Am Tri North - Orlando, Florida to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
18 mile swim - Lake Cane
1.315 mile bike - Orlando to Cumberland, Maryland through the Appalachian Mountains (60,000+ feet of climbing)
150 mile run from Cumberland, Maryland to Point State Park - Pittsburgh PA and the run will be on the traffic free, scenic Great Allegheny Passage Trail. All information is on www.Transamtri.com

Where: The race began at the Historic Lucky's Lake Swim near Lake Cane, FL and finished at Point Mugu State Park, California
How many days: 30 days for an official finish. Spot tracking subscription for tracking is required and minimal expense– Timing through Trackleaders system. Swim: Lake Cane, FL – 31 open water miles at the Historic Lucky's Lake Swim. Bike – 3,150 SELF SUPPORTED miles along the Adventure Cycling Association’s Southern tier route. Begins in Florida and travels through several states: Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. Athletes will travel north to Death Valley National Park to begin the run. This will be mapped out. Run – 310 miles – DOUBLE CROSSING along the famous Badwater 135 mile running race route. Keep in mind the run will be in May and the heat will be extreme. Crews will be required for the run section for resupplying and fueling. visit www.transamtri.com for complete information.
