Kingman Fest FREE outdoor block party including a large scale Concert, Food & Drinks, and more! May 9, 2026 We will be teaming up with the charitable organization St.

For the past few years, the businesses on Kingman Street have experienced struggles and financial hardship due to obstacles such as construction & COVID, but throughout it all, they have done their best to be patient, adapt, and persevere. This year, we want to put on a community event that helps show that the businesses on Kingman Street are stronger than ever, while also giving back to the commu

nity simultaneously. We are closing off Kingman Street this time to celebrate, as we invite the community to this FREE outdoor block party! Albans For The Future, with proceeds from the event being donated to SAFF to assist in their mission to help the revitalization of the St. Albans community. Together, we hope to be able to bring a FREE, fun, family-friendly event to Kingman Street including but not limited to a large scale Concert, Food & Drinks, and more! As Freddie Mercury once said, “I love the fact that I can make people happy, in any form. Even if it’s just an hour of their lives, if I can make them feel lucky or make them feel good, or bring a smile to a sour face, that to me is worthwhile” - we feel this is exactly the kind of event Kingman Street needs! We hope iconic songs like “We Will Rock You”, “We Are The Champions”, “Another One Bites The Dust”, and “Bohemian Rhapsody” will bring smiles to people’s faces across generations. Queen, like Kingman Street, dealt with obstacles throughout their career and faced them head on, hence why we felt Queen was a perfect musical match for this event. This live band tribute to Queen will be an epic, high energy show, while celebrating Kingman Street and bringing the community together. The Music of Queen on Kingman at Kingman Fest…it will “Rock You!”

Back by popular demand, powerhouse vocalists Jesse Agan, Morgan Myles & April Cushman will be taking the Kingman Street stage performing a NEW set list of multi-genre iconic hits from bands you know and love such as: Taylor Swift, Neil Diamond, Miranda Lambert, Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, KISS, Billy Joel, Shania Twain, Journey, Benson Boone, Tina Turner, Train, and more!

Jesse, Morgan & April will be backed by guitarist Andre Maquera, drummer Caleb Bronz, bassist Thom Carvey and Will Austin on keys to bring Saint Albans a high-energy powerful performance yet again, for year 5!

Friendly reminder from the St. Albans Police Department about parking/traffic on Kingman Street with Kingman Fest coming up on Saturday:

“The Kingman Fest event will be taking place on May 9th on Kingman Street. There will be no overnight parking on Kingman Street the night of May 8th. Kingman Street will be closed to traffic at 6am on May 9th and will not re-open until approximately midnight. We thank you for your cooperation and hope to see you there!”

We are happy to welcome the Rotary Club of St. Albans, Vermont as a new vendor for this year's Kingman Fest! If you are not familiar with the Rotary, their club supports Franklin County through projects, scholarships, and events - we appreciate all that they do for our event and for the Community. Pop over to their table and give them a visit - they will have a spinning wheel and a table top activity. They will also have stickers, ducks, lollipops, and chocolate! 👀
