For the past ten years, the Sahuarita Pecan Festival has emerged as one of the outstanding family-oriented events in Southern Arizona. This has been possible in large part by the support of our employees, sponsors, vendors and attendees.

However, ensuring a quality experience for Pecan Festival attendees also requires a significant expenditure of funds by FICO and overtime efforts by our employees.

Given today’s global economic conditions, particularly those affecting the pecan industry resulting from the imposition of trade tariffs, we believe it is our duty to focus our resources on the core of our business.

Therefore, it is with sincere regret that we must cancel the 2019 Sahuarita Pecan Festival.

We believe we have no choice in these difficult times. We appreciate your participation throughout the years. The event has brought many smiles and much good to the community.

We as a company are still committed to investing in our community as a wonderful place to live and work. We are exploring different means by which we can share our agricultural experience. We will keep you informed. Share any ideas you have as well.
