West Coast MegaGames West Coast MegaGames is a volunteer development house focused on designing social strategy gaming experiences for 25 - 100 players as 1 day events.

West Coast Megagames creates large-scale social strategy games where dozens of players work together, negotiate, scheme, and shape a shared story in real time. Our first event was Sengoku in 2015, when 58 players spent six intense hours leading rival clans through three years of war, diplomacy, betrayal, and ambition in 16th-century Japan. Now we are returning to Sengoku with a new edition built a

round everything we have learned since then. Megagames combine strategy, teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, roleplay, and live event chaos. Players join teams, take on roles, make plans, form alliances, respond to crises, and help determine how the world changes. No prior megagame experience is required. New players are welcome. If you enjoy strategy games, history, diplomacy, politics, storytelling, or collaborative problem-solving, we would be glad to have you at the table.
