Campaign to keep the Kings in Sacramento. Respect Sac fans. Pledge to buy season tickets in a new downtown arena with new ownership. More pledges=more chances for the Kings to stay in Sacramento. http://www.herewebuy.org/

Since 1985, Sacramento is the home city of the Kings, putting an end to their longtime curse of moving around. We, Sacramentans, are proud of our team and the capital city of California is the only home of the Kings. We have proved that we are the most dedicated fans and we demand respect. Don't take away basketball from Sacramento. Don't take away OUR KINGS!

In just a matter of days or potentially weeks (depending on how long the process is extended), the NBA’s Board of Governors will determine the fate of the Sacramento Kings franchise and while many say fan impact is small, we’re not a firm believer in that. Every voice has a story and every story des...

The group trying to bring NBA basketball back to Seattle has completed its pitch to NBA owners, and that’s the one the Kings owners want to deal with in the future.

It comes down to this, Sacramento. We’ve got the ball with time for one last shot. We need ten thousand Kings fans to pledge to buy season tickets in a new downtown arena with new ownership. We’re so close. And this just might seal the deal. This is our last shot. Let’s make it our best.

"For the prospective owners who’d like to keep the team in Sacramento, just know this. That if you buy the Kings, you aren’t just getting the team, the arena and a ton of purple and black merchandise. You are getting a finely-tuned, 21st-century fanbase that’s ready for what’s next. They are a ready and willing partner in the revitalization of a once-proud franchise and can be mobilized in a moment’s notice."

We made it! Total pledges for season tickets in a new downtown arena just exceeded the goal of 10,000! Let's hope Stern will take this into consideration very seriously. Now the more pledges beyond the limit, the better the chances for the Kings to stay in Sacramento!

More than 10,000 Kings fans have signed the OFFICIAL petition to David Stern. But we are still far enough from the target of 15,000 signatures... All we can do is sign the petition and then share it on our fb walls! Visit the world's petition platform below.

Oh yeah, we were robbed again by the Lakers! To be honest, I had been expecting that... Officially we sold out, with a lot of bandwagoners in the arena though. Read in the article below:

"I don’t care who the fans are or how close they are to the Maloofs, that is just a horrible look for a team’s owners. The message to the team’s fans is that they are more concerned with selling tickets and making money than supporting their team, which is actually quite consistent with their actions in recent years." (Larry Brown)

Every game against the Lakers is something special. Can we forget those 2002 west conf. finals? No! They're classic and we were slaughtered by the referees. “I will tell you what, when you think about Sacramento, we're the capital of California, the eighth-largest economy in the world, and we have only one professional sports team. It means the world to our community. The Sacramento Kings have been here since 1985 and we epitomize what a one-team market is all about. When you think about our fans, we have some of the best records of attendance in the history of the NBA. In terms of the last 28 seasons, we have sold out 19 times. We have two of the longest sellout streaks in the history of the NBA. We have a top-20 TV market. When you think about that, the NBA owns 100 percent of the market share in Sacramento so we feel very, very strongly about our commitment in our market."

On 'The Dan Patrick Show,' Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson put the chances of the Kings staying in his town like this: "I'm going to say Steve Nash is on the free-throw line."
