Hey Friends! We unfortunately need to postpone our tournament due to the fact that Teah unexpectedly needs to have gallbladder surgery at some in the next few weeks. Its just not feasible for us to put the work into running this while I am healing. We are going to aim for fall. Thank you for understanding.

📌 POSTPONED! Teah is having gallbladder surgery too close to our original date. Aiming for fall!

It’s that time of year again! SAVE THE DATE!! Details and Registration to come! Please share!

Also looking for local businesses willing to sponsor raffle prizes. All proceeds will go to Cancer Charity, either directly to one of our local cancer centers or to program that directly assists families who are currently experiencing hardships due to cancer treatment for a loved one or themselves. Still looking into a few options for that. ♥️

Guys!!!! Our hearts are SO full! Because of you all, so far we have raised over $1200 at this tournament and online fundraiser, with generosity still coming in. This is AFTER payouts, expenses, etc. We set our goal really high at $1500 with minimal planning time. We never truly thought we’d come to close to our goal but you guys nailed this event. We have learned so much hosting this tournament and are so excited to have ample planning time for next year! We had an amazing turnout today. You guys have truly humbled us. Cheers to Mark, an amazing father- truly Evans best friend… Happy 35th Birthday, Ev! You are amazing and I am so proud of all the good you do for others. Your Dad would have loved this. For those of you who don’t know, Evan carries a small box of his Dads ashes in his pocket every single day- so he plays every round with Evan. ♥️ I’ll be posting a separate post soon with all the winners of all the things!

Please be considerate of the course. The rec department, player volunteers and Lumberjack DGC are working hard to keep the course in good shape, esp in the wet areas. Bag in, Bag out or discard in trash cans which are currently at Hole 5, Hole 9 and possibly Hole 11. The course is open to the public there will likely be non-tournament players out there. Please let them play through when able.

Plan for it to be wet and chilly. This is a moderately wet course most years and Spring has not helped any this week. We will have ribbon and clear tape available if anyone wants to be sure they don’t lose a disc. All lost discs can be noted with the Rec and Evan and I are happy to go out later in the week to search for any that get lost. We’re also more than happy to get any that end up at the Town Hall and arrange to get them back to their rightful owners. We’ve all been there. The rec department will only let us do so with permission from the owner, however. We suggest clearly labeling your discs with name and phone number,

Thank you all for supporting our cause despite the snow! We appreciate you all!
