ALL CONTESTANT PLEASE READ- IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INFORMATION!!
***Saturday August 30.
Pageant starts at 4:00pm***
Location has been changed due to flooding at the Auditorium! New location adress is the Atkins School
K-8 building 611 NW 4th Street Atkins, AR
Please enter through the back of the building!!
NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed inside the auditorium! Please be respectful of this nice facility.
Our dressing area is small so please come as ready as possible.
Little Mr. And Miss ages 0-13 please READ!
Reminders and information:
1. We will offer an optional overall supreme winners (one from ages 0 to 13 years) You may enter at the door for this if you haven't already and the cost is $10. Make sure to sign up at the registration table in the lobby, if interested (we don't double crown) Cash only!
2. We will be awarding a crowd favorite contestant (this is totally optional and has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant). This is votes that can be purchased by the audience, votes are $1 each and the contestant who has the most votes (money) will be awarded the Crowd Favorite award. This includes a nice large trophy, tiara, and sash.
Please bring CASH !
3. Door admission is $5. Ages 10 and under are Free. Please bring CASH !
4. Check in will be from 3:00 to 3:45pm. If you are not checked in at the registration table by 3:45pm you will not be able to compete. Please DO NOT be late! (Remember we do not take door entries, if you have not already registered for the pageant you cannot enter at the door the day of)
FOR TEEN & MISS CONTESTANTS ONLY!! ----
*Rehearsal Saturday right after interviews are completed (approximately 2:15pm)
*Interviews will start at 1:00pm, you have been emailed your specific interview time with the judges.
*Onstage competition starts at 4:00pm as well and will be included in during the Little Mr. and Miss competition.
On Saturday it may be hard to reach Amanda during pageant times if we are busy, so please let us know if you have questions beforehand.
