๐ฃThe future of Rushford Days needs you! ๐ฃ
Rushford days has been a special part of our community for many years-a time to come together, reconnect with friends and neighbors, make memories and celebrate the community we call home. ๏ฟผ
None of it happens without volunteers.
After many years and countless hours of dedicated service, several long-term volunteers are stepping down from the Rushford days committee. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have given to make this event possible year after year. ๐
Now, we need new community members to jump in and help carry Rushford days forward.
The committee is currently looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:
* Chair
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* Logistics coordinator
* Kids activities coordinator
* Fest Tent coordinators
You donโt need years of event planning experience. You just need a willingness to get involved, share ideas, work with others, and help create something meaningful for our community.
๏ฟผโ ๏ธ Without new members to fill these roles, the Rushford days committee will be disbanded, and there will not be a Rushford days community event in 2027.
๏ฟผ Rushford days belongs to all of us, and itโs future depends on community involvement. If youโve ever enjoyed the festivities, bring your kids to the activities, volunteered for a shift, met with old friends, or simply appreciated having an event that brings Rushford together, this is an opportunity to help ensure that tradition continues.
Maybe you can fill one of these roles. Maybe you know someone who would be a great fit. Maybe a few friends would like to get involved together!
๏ฟผ
If you are interested in filling in for one of these roles, please PM our page and we will get you in contact with the appropriate individuals.
Please consider jumping in-and please share this post to help us reach others who care about the future of Rushford days
๐ it takes a community to make Rushford days happen. We hope our community will answer the call.
