Next up is our fair manager, Buzzy Behrendt! 🎡🔥
Buzzy has way too many irons in the fire… and at this point, I’m pretty sure one is overcooked, one needs fixing, one is running behind schedule, and another somehow wandered off and ended up in the livestock barn.
Buzzy can often be spotted proudly posing with other people's fish because sitting still long enough to catch his own just isn't in his skill set. Why spend hours fishing when you can just find someone successful and jump in the picture? 😂
Buzzy's favorite fair food: Anything his wife Julie cooks for him (smart answer, Buzzy… very smart).
Buzzy's favorite part of the fair: Kids Day face painting! He can often be found hanging around the line helping kiddos pass the time. The big question remains… will this finally be the year Buzzy ends up with a fish painted on his cheek? Stay tuned. 🎣
All jokes aside, a huge shout-out to Buzzy for his passion and dedication. The long hours, constant problem-solving, and countless behind-the-scenes efforts often go unseen, but they are a huge part of what makes our fair such a special place for our community.
