We are excited to host Valentine’s Day Massacre by on Saturday, February 4th, 2023! Calling all RX, scaled, and masters 35+ athletes, teams of 2 F/F, M/M, M/F, who will complete, some killer workouts in this single day event.

So we have gotten multiple requests to hold Throwdown again. With the state of the environment we are hesitant to have a large gathering of athletes.

Would there be an interest for an online qualifier, 3 partner workouts in a week or less (video validated), that would lead to an invitation of the top 5 teams in each division being invited to a Beast Mode type event? (4 workouts in 1 hour. A 10 min workout every 15 minutes)

17 hours until Go Time!

For those of you that have not registered... 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. We start exactly at 8 AM! At registration, you will be given your Skills Scorecard. You are issued one and only 1. Don't lose it! No replacements will be given. You will also be given your Lift Ticket for the Speed Clean Ladder. You MUST follow that order. You miss it, you're missing the workout!

You must report to the STARTER in the warm-up area 10 min prior to your heat time! The starter will answer your questions BEFORE you hit the workout floor.

Parking: There is CONSTRUCTION on 105th. Please use 103 Ave N to come to the event. It is the light at the 7-11. You need to park in the lot NEXT to the event!
