Dine with us and enjoy a four-course prix fixe dinner this Saturday, May 31st! The weather is pretty chilly this week, so we’ll be hosting our first Supper Club in our pretty, climate-controlled carriage barn.

Start the evening off right with a friendly welcome and a complimentary drink at 6 pm. Then, around 6:30, take a seat at our tables for a beautifully plated dinner, created by our talented executive chef, Leah Detreville and pastry chef, Kristina Ugenti, featuring tasty seasonal dishes. Let’s enjoy the night together, celebrating with family and making new friends!

We’ll have one seating, showcasing seasonal farm-to-table protein dishes along with delicious vegan alternatives. Just let us know in advance about any allergies, and we’ll accommodate you. Our kitchen is nut-free, and the menu will be a delightful surprise—ideal for those ready for a little culinary adventure!

Come dance with us this Memorial Day Weekend! Disco Mountain is a liberating disco party with DJs Matt & Hillz. Hosted in our comfy climate-controlled carriage barn, and featuring obscure yet always fabulous disco music.

All food is house-made from local farms and producers like Middle Brook Mill, Hubbell Family Farm, Berry Brook Farm, Solinsky’s, Harpersfield Cheese, Heller’s Farm and Tree Juice.

Food is served throughout the entire event and includes Smash Burgers & Black Bean Burgers, Corn Dogs with Solinsky’s Kabanozy, Chicken Skewer with Maple Miso & Hot-honey, House-Cut Fries
Potato, Pasta, and Coleslaw salads, House-made Funnel Cakes with Berry Coulis/ Rhubarb-Orange Jam, Triple Berry Trifle with Vanilla Sponge/ Lemon Curd/ Macerated Blueberries, Strawberry Rhubarb Tart with Citrus Meringue/ Oat Streusel, and more!

As spring paints the Catskills with vibrant colors, we’re getting ready for our wedding season! But before the first « I do’s » ring out in our pine grove, we’re thrilled to announce a series of special events for those without wedding plans. We’ve named it Roxbury Social, and we can’t wait to host farm-to-table dinners and lively dance parties, welcoming everyone from near and far.

On Saturday, May 31, we’ll be hosting our very first Roxbury Social Supper Club.
