Howdy Folks! I've been volunteering as an organizer of the Friends of Rapids Music Festival, an annual celebration at Robinson Park in Wisconsin Rapids. The festival is free to all, and will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20 from noon to 9 PM. Food and drinks will be available on site. There are activities for the kids, so bring your whole family! The FRM Fest will be held rain or shine. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on!

Dear Friends, I'm a volunteer for the Friends of Rapids Music, helping to organize their annual FRM Music Fest. It's a free music fest at Robinson Park, Wisconsin Rapids on September 20, 2025. Several central Wisconsin bands will perform between noon and 10 PM, representing rock 'n' roll, country rock, jazz, blues, folk, and polka music styles. It's a rain or shine concert. All you need to bring is a lawn chair and yourselves! Join in the free celebration! More information in the comments.

Anybody for Jaaaaaackpine! I'll be on the show Saturday afternoon with Art Stevenson & The Foragers - Stef Lee, Dale Reichert, Susan Cronick, and Chris Silver, throwing down solid bluegrass music at the 2025 Jackpine Jamboree. Then on Sunday morning I'll appear with the New Hope Hay Balers for a Gospel sing! Throughout the weekend I'll be helping Jimer Soukup with stage announcements - shouting the bands and firing up the audience! The weather outlook is fair. Are you ready for Jaaaaackpine......!

Art Stevenson & High Water send a big Thank You to all who attended the 16th Annual Bluegrass In The Pines Festival at the Portage County Fair Grounds - Rosholt, WI last weekend! The weather was fine and everyone had a great time at the show and around the fairgrounds. There were so many smiling faces! The featured bands brought their outstanding music and energy to the main stage, and the Saturday workshops were well-attended. Our staff of volunteers worked tirelessly at the ticket gate, driving the golf cart shuttles, and with setup and take-down of the stage. I'd like to especially thank Chris Martin and the Rosholt Fair Association for welcoming us with open arms and for being such gracious hosts. Chris is the most energetic person I know, and he worked around the clock as the host of Rosholt Fair Park. The fair grounds have been home to Bluegrass In The Pines for 16 years and we hope to be there for many, many more. The 17th Annual Bluegrass In The Pines Festival is planned for Aug. 27, 28, and 29, 2026! Thanks for being a part of the best weekend of the summer - we'll see you all at next year's Bluegrass In The Pines!
