It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of DOCUMENT Strategy Forum (DSF). For the past 16 years, we have been proud and honored to produce a truly groundbreaking event that served the needs of professionals responsible for creating, distributing, and managing content, communications, and strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement.
While we paved a new and creative way forward for those in the industry to gather, learn, and network over the years, shifting economic conditions and macro industry trends have remained challenging to overcome.
After a comprehensive review of the current market conditions, our research indicates that organizations in our sectors are still gradually returning to conferences and previous attendance levels may still take several more years to recover, if at all. At the same time, the consolidation and realignment of solution providers, changing enterprise priorities, and evolving stakeholders of transformation strategies are shifting how businesses approach events like ours.
As difficult as this decision was to make, we feel it is the right one for our sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees, as well as our company moving forward. This decision will also allow us to streamline our operations and redirect our resources to adapt to these changing industry dynamics and core business.
While DSF is coming to an end, DOCUMENT Strategy Media, the voice of the industry, will continue their great work of serving this industry via timely articles, webinars, and other insightful outlets.
