CALLENGE OF THE WEEK!

this callenges will help you to improve cordination and stamina.

1. write 10 words with the opposite hand you always use to write(this is a good exercise for cordination)

2 . walk in four limb for 10 minutes, around your house or where you are right now (yes this is not a joke, this help strenght the body)

3 . close your eyes and stand in one leg at least 10 sec (this will help you to improve balance)

4. recomend this page to your friends ;)
