UBIC - Uintah Basin in Celebration Bringing communities together from across the Uintah Basin to celebrate the Basin as a whole.

The annual UBIC events bring together people from across the Uintah Basin and even brings visitors from across the state. This celebration is all about the sense of community found throughout the area, both in individual towns and the Basin as a whole.
