Our next installment in the BREW FEST! Brewer profiles. This week we're talking about Middle Ages Brewing Company, Scale House Brewery, Seneca Lake Brewing Co. and WeBe Brewing.
First up, Syracuse's beloved Middle Ages Brewing, has been a long-time reliable source of top-shelf beers here at the Boathouse Beer Garden. Beer expert and all-around great guy, Jeff Renno, will be on hand again for this year's BREW FEST! dispensing delicious beer and talking intelligently about what goes into making it. We've been keeping a regular rotation of their single batch NE IPA's for much of the 2019 season and Jeff is expected to have Batch #38 on hand for your tasting pleasure. It's gonna go fast. Get it before it's gone!
Ed Menio will be on hand for his third BF! representing Scale House Brewing from Hector, NY on Seneca Lake. Scale House has been knocking 'em out of the park with more and more crowd pleasing beers and we've kept their famously tasty Peanut Butter Stout on tap all season long. We're excited to see what else Ed brings to BREW FEST! this year. We're sure it'll be fantastic!
I'll confess, one of the brewers we look forward most to seeing return to BF! is Bradley Gillett from Seneca Lake Brewing in Rock Stream, NY. Bradley has created such a wonderfully unique, genuinely British pub styled brewery we give them heaps of kudos! If you haven't had the chance to enjoy their traditionally brewed and served casked ales, you are in for a treat. If there's a line in front of Bradley's table get in that line! It'll be worth it! ;)
This week's last, but by far not least, profile intro is for our friends Dan Lieberg and his wonderful partner/brewer Colleen Lieberg of Geneva's WeBe Brewing. This dynamic duo has been working especially hard to ensure the continuously keep the rotation of beers fresh and brew with a critical eye to quality ingredients. Their amazing Golden Peel Hefeweizen has been a regular resident on our tap line-up since the middle of last season. We just can't give it up; it's too delicious! They'll be bringing a couple other representations of their talent on Sept. 28th and you won't want to miss it.
