Rolla's Route 66 Summerfest

10/03/2026

It’s time for one of our FAVORITE Cruise Ins of the year — and this one is about way more than cool cars. Cars are a perk, and you should fill the passenger seat or back seat with toys!

Every year, the Rolla Cruisin Committee comes together to help GRACE provide Christmas for children right here in our community. And this year… we want to fill that truck until we’re questioning the suspension. We all know those older trucks are tough, so it’s going to take a lot of toys!

Saturday, October 10 | 5–8 PM
📍 Downtown Rolla • Festival Lots • 9th & Elm Street

Bring a NEW, UNWRAPPED TOY to donate to GRACE Greater Rolla Area Charitable Enterprise and help us make this the BIGGEST toy donation we’ve ever made!

We’ll have cool cars, food trucks, music, fellowship. No fancy plans required • grab a toy, grab the family, even the dog and come hang out with us.

One toy may not seem like a big deal to you, but to a child on Christmas morning, it can be EVERYTHING! Toys for all ages accepted.

Let’s help GRACE make Christmas happen for a whole bunch of local kiddos. ❤️

We received the photo below from a guest at our event. He asked us to post this photo and said "my grandson had a ball!" What a great way to start the day. Thank you for attending Rolla's Route 66 Summerfest and we hope to see you again next year. We also hope you'll send us another photo, same general shot, we'll do a side by side comparison. ;)

Do you know the sandpile used to be half the size it is now? The kids love this. What do you think, bring more sand?

Rolla is excited to welcome the Route 66 Main Street of America Centennial Caravan this Sunday, June 21 as it rolls into town on its cross-country journey celebrating 100 years of the legendary Mother Road. The caravan, made up of twelve classic cars, is traveling across all eight Route 66 states and stopping in communities along Historic Route 66 to celebrate the people, stories, and places that keep this iconic highway alive.

Also joining the caravan is the iconic Big Texan Steak Ranch, bringing their famous 72-ounce Steak Challenge to Rolla! Watch as a local competitor takes on the legendary meal from their restaurant in Amarillo, TX.

We invite the public to come downtown and be part of the excitement as Rolla becomes one of those special stops on the journey.

To our volunteers who gave four long days—from daylight until dark—thank you. You parked cars, hauled tables, picked up trash, answered questions, solved problems, and kept smiling through it all.

You built something amazing.

Together, we celebrated a century of the Mother Road and created memories that will last a lifetime.

And if Summerfest #32 was this big…

Just wait until we start planning #33. Oh, we already have! We will be back to our normal 2 day event, June 4 & 5, 2027!

If you’d like to be a sponsor or vendor, now is the time to let us know. Our food court is nearly full for 2027! All of your favorites will be back! 🍔🍜🍿🍦
