Introducing our next instructor at OzArt Movement Collective, LEXI! 🎉🤸‍♀️👏

Lexi is an aerial artist and community-driven movement coach who believes strength and play belong together. With experience in aerial silks, acrobatics, and strength training, she loves helping students discover confidence through accessible movement. She believes learning to trust yourself is the key to unlocking what once felt impossible.

Her teaching blends encouragement, creativity, and intentional progressions, creating a space where beginners feel safe and experienced artists feel challenged. As one of the instructors of OzArt, Lexi is dedicated to building a welcoming home for movement in the Ozarks.

Conditioning is such an important part of aerial training. It's not fun, but it's necessary (and is WAY more fun with friends!) Here's a sped up video of our trapeze/lyra teacher Cambria spending some time conditioning. All of these exercises can be done on any horizontal bar besides the ankle hangs! Cambria likes to find horizontal bars at playgrounds to see how many conditioning skills she can do! If you have any questions about any of the conditioning skills, feel free to ask!
