Williams Tree Farm Creating Holiday Memories for 80 Years and Hosting Weddings & Events for over 40 years! Williams Tree Farm has been family owned and operated for over 70 years.
(1276)

The farm was purchased in the 1940’s by Carlton and Amelia Williams and their son Wayne. Originally a dairy and hog farm, timbers were harvested from the farm and saw for what was known as The Wagon Wheel, a historic resort located in Rockton,IL. To replace those trees and for good stewardship of the land, the trees that we harvested where replaced with seedlings. When a winter storm occurred and Christmas trees where in short supply, some of those seedlings were harvested to meet that demand. Thus a new business was born. Christmas tree production was the focus for decades, with the farm shipping trees to local areas as well as sites in the suburbs of Chicago, but as the families began to look for experience based purchases, Williams Tree Farm led the industry in becoming a choose and cut farm. Now more then ever, making memories is what we are all about.

🎃 Remember Pumpkin Daze at the Farm?

Back in 1990, our fall arts and crafts show brought people out to the farm for handmade treasures, pony rides, pumpkins, and time together. Those gatherings are a special part of our history and we’d love to hear your memories. ❤️

🍴 Food and drink vendors, we’d love for you to be part of our opening-day celebration! We’re looking for food trucks, food stands, sweet treats, hot drinks, and other refreshments to help feed the fun and keep everyone cozy. Spacing is limited!!

Interested in participating on November 14? Send us a message with your business name and what you serve!

Have a Pumpkin Daze memory or photo? Share it in the comments as we look back on 80 seasons of growing memories. 🌲

This year, we’ve been shareing the stories behind 80 Christmas seasons on the farm, the preparation, the behind-the-scenes work, the people, and the memories that have brought us here.

Now, as we get closer to the season, we’re getting ready to celebrate in a big way. 🎄🎆

We’re kicking off 80 Christmas seasons on November 14th with a Christmas fireworks pyro-musical, FREE to all and we’re inviting businesses, vendors, food vendors, families, friends, and customers to help us make it possible!

Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels, and every contribution helps bring this celebration to life.

If you’d like to be part of it, send us a message for the details. ❤️
