PHOTO CONTEST: Say cheese!

Who's got photos and videos to share with us? I'm posting up all my photos in this Google Photos album, but I'd love to see yours -- if you want to contribute a picture or two, we'd love to see the from your perspective -- head to the link below and add the best photos and videos you took on Saturday.

On Monday Oct 6, I'll print out the emails of anyone who contributed photos or video and give away a $50 OT Gift card for some food and drinks on us (one entry per email address please -- we only need the primo photos, not your whole camera roll!)

Legs tired, heart full.... that's how you , y'all.

Thank you for our best yet. Thanks to you, we met over 500+ registered riders (and probably another 500 more rebel riders, music fans and friends of the Rockford North End). We'll have a few more posts this week to get your feedback, but first....

A lot of you wanted to order 2025 shirts and hoodies but didn't get in before the cutoff -- we're gonna leave ROUND 2 preorder up through this Saturday Oct 4 at 3pm and we'll send it off to get printed up the following week (we'll notify everyone via email when they're ready for pickup at Olympic) -- click thru to our Square site here if you didn't get a shirt https://the-olympic-tavern.square.site/s/shop

One more sleep until -- we're ready.... are you?

Weather looks like it's going to be awesome for bike riding on Saturday -- here’s a last minute checklist:
*Things to Bring
*Water bottle.
*Helmet.
*Bike lock.
*Funny outfits/hats.
*Friends.

Things to Know:
*We encourage folks to park one block NORTH on Willoughby (alongside Rockford Country Club) -- or even better, just bike here!
*Always ride WITH, not AGAINST traffic. Even better, use the brand new 10ft mixed use path along the west side of Main street to get you to almost all the stops.
*Do not over imbibe. Drink water often. This is a bike festival first and foremost, and we want everyone to ride (and get home) safe.
*Get your passports turned in on time so we can get everyone tickets for the drawing at 6:30 -- ticket booth closes at 6pm sharp!
*Do not ask a business to stamp another businesses' square. One of the goals of the fest is to get people inside a business they've never visited before.
*Families with kids are welcome — psst: under 21 per state law may not win prizes.
*Not interested in the bike ride? We’d still love to have you join us! Skip the passport and just join us on Fulton for fun, music and games! There’s no fence around the event so come down, listen to House Brotherhood, The Rock and Roll Institute, and Lola Blu with us!

Just a quick reminder that our TShirt preorder closes at 12 NOON on Friday Sep 19 so our print guy has time to get the shirts ready for TDNE -- reserve your shirt or hoodie for the fest and get your tickets ahead of time online at https://tourdenorthend.com/

Can't make it to the fest but still want the shirt/hoodie? Just order it on the website and we'll hold it in your name until you come pick it up at the Olympic anytime after the fest.

Riders can register now through the event day, or in person at the door for $12, which gets you a passport and entry to win any of the prize packs at the end of the fest, including the Fat Tire bike. Just want to join for the music and food? Skip the registration and just come on down Sat Sep 27 -- there's no entry fee to join the block party!

TShirt and Hoodie Preorder is live UNTIL FRIDAY SEP 19 at NOON -- that's when we'll send the order off to our print shop. We'll round up and have a few extra at the fest but if you want a hoodie or a shirt, we highly suggest preordering!
