Welcome everyone to our 2021, Light up 9th street Christmas light show at 3125 9th street rock island, IL. P. S.

This year light show would not have been possible without the help of my children and grandchildren. We started doing lights as a family in 2003. We liked it so much, we decide to add more to are show for everyone to enjoy. Every year we plan on adding new attractions to are show. We had 16,500 lights last year and have added over more then 4,000 more this year. This year’s light show will start o

n December 5th at 5:30 pm and continue to play until January 10th, 2021. The music selection for the show will go from traditional song sets to funny music sets. We have a variety of songs this year like jingle bells, grandma got ran over by a reindeer, carol of the bells, and wreck the mall and many more. This year the light display took over 1000-man hours to build and setup and has taken more than 100 hours to program to our music. As of November 15th, 2020, we have 20,000 pixels, 5600 AC lights, with 3 blow ups and with a total of 122 props. We added 3 new props. We will have shows on daily from 5:30pm to midnight. So please tune into channel 100.9 on your radio stations to follow are light show. We do not have outside speakers.
