Hello parents! Did anyone happen to record the awards portion of the pageant? Unfortunately, my camera ran out of storage right before awards!

Come out and support our amazing contestants as they take the stage and compete in Talent, Activewear, and Evening Gown!

Tomorrow, September 27th
Show starts at 12:30 PM
Granite State Fairgrounds, Rochester, NH

All are welcome!

Our girls have been working so hard, and we can’t wait for them to finally take the stage and show everyone what they’ve been preparing for. From incredible talents to beautiful evening gowns, it’s going to be such a fun afternoon.

Bring your family and friends, come cheer on our contestants, and help us make this a day they’ll never forget!

💙 MISS GRANITE STATE FAIR PAGEANT — PACKING LIST & WEEKEND REMINDER 💙

Hello everyone! We are officially ONE DAY AWAY from pageant weekend! We are so excited to meet all of our contestants tomorrow for interview day! 👑

We wanted to make sure everyone knows exactly what they need to bring and when they need to arrive for Saturday and Sunday.

💙 SATURDAY — INTERVIEW DAY

⏰ ARRIVAL TIME: 10:00 AM AT THE LATEST

Interviews will begin PROMPTLY at 10:00 AM, with our oldest age group going first and continuing down through the younger divisions.

We strongly recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so everyone has time to get settled and ready before interviews begin. Please plan accordingly!

Please arrive wearing your interview attire.

You are welcome to bring:
☐ Leggings to change into for opening number practice
☐ T-shirt to wear with your leggings
☐ Comfortable shoes/sneakers for dancing and practicing

You do NOT need to bring your pageant wardrobe on Saturday.

Your Miss Granite State Fair T-shirt will be provided to you on Saturday to wear on Sunday.

💙 SUNDAY — PAGEANT DAY

⏰ ALL CONTESTANTS MUST ARRIVE BY 12:00 PM

The actual pageant will begin at 12:30 PM, but we need ALL contestants there by 12:00 PM so everyone has time to get checked in, changed, and ready before we begin.

Please arrive wearing your:

☐ Miss Granite State Fair T-shirt
☐ Black leggings

You will also need to bring:

☐ Activewear outfit
☐ Talent outfit/costume
☐ Pageant/evening gown
☐ Pageant shoes
☐ Talent shoes, if needed
☐ Earrings/jewelry
☐ Hair accessories
☐ Hair products & brushes
☐ Makeup & makeup supplies
☐ Any other personal items you need to get pageant-ready
☐ Reusable water bottle 💧

👑 PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK BEFORE LEAVING HOME!

Make sure you have everything you need for your hair, makeup, shoes, jewelry, talent, activewear, and evening gown. We want everyone to feel prepared and confident when they walk on stage!

💧 WATER BOTTLES: We strongly encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle rather than disposable plastic bottles. This is especially important while we are at the fairgrounds and around the animals. Please label your water bottle with your name!

SATURDAY: Arrive by 10:00 AM — interviews begin promptly at 10:00 AM.

I know a lot of you are asking the scary question: What happens if the storm hits us hard on pageant day? 🌧️

As of right now, the pageant is still scheduled to be held on the original date and time at the fairgrounds. Unfortunately, the fairgrounds may not be able to tell us whether they will need to shut down until closer to the event. There is still a chance the storm may change course or not impact us as heavily as expected. After all, we live in New England, and we all know how unpredictable the weather can be! 😂

However, if the fairgrounds do have to close and the pageant cannot safely be held, the pageant will be postponed and moved to a new date/location. At this time, we simply do not have enough information about the storm to make that decision.

We will keep everyone updated as soon as we know more. If anything changes, emails will be sent out to all contestants/families, and we will also post updates on our page. Please keep an eye on both your email and Facebook over the next few days.

For now, we are keeping our heads up and our fingers crossed that we will be able to hold the pageant at the fairgrounds on the original date and time! 💙👑

But most importantly, no matter what happens with the weather, WE WILL HAVE A PAGEANT THIS YEAR! It may not happen exactly the way we originally planned, but we are going to do everything we can to make sure these girls still get their moment to shine. ✨👑

✨ ONE WEEK UNTIL THE PAGEANT! ✨

Hello everyone! With only one week left until the Miss Granite State Fair Pageant, we wanted to put all of the important information in one place as we get closer to the big weekend! 👑💙

📍 LOCATION:
We will be located inside the Exhibit Building at the Rochester Fairgrounds. We are located between the Art Room and Photography Room, directly across from the Apple Crisp stand. 🍎

👗 FITTING ROOM:
We will have a designated fitting room available inside the building on Sunday for contestants to get changed and ready. There are outlets available in the fitting room if anyone needs to plug in hair tools or other items.

⏰ SCHEDULE:
There have been NO changes to the previously posted times. Please continue to follow the schedule that was posted on our page and sent out via email.

👑 CONTESTANTS:
It looks like we have a great group of girls joining us this year, and we are so excited to see everyone come together and compete! We are looking forward to a fun weekend filled with memories, friendships, and lots of pageant fun. 💙

💃 WALKS:
Our stage is a little smaller than we originally expected, but we are going to make the most of the space we have! We will be posting videos of the different Activewear and Evening Gown walks so contestants can get an idea of how they will be walking on stage.
