Fermented foods can be hard to approach if you didn't grow up eating salty, sour and funky foods. Eating young, crunchy fermented veggies in small amounts can help your body and palate get used to what is a hugely beneficial and delicious food group!!

I know some folks have been asking about cheesecake bars and ferments. They are not gone, just taking their time!

Cheesecake bars will be back this weekend and ferments will be up and running by the end of May.

Guess whose back??

This Sunday at the first outdoor "Wildcraft" my spring seasonal is making it's 2026 debut!

Dill chive and lemon this pairs perfectly with spring picnics and lazy Friday afternoons when cooking isn't an option.

I love pairing this with tofurky ham or their pepper deli slices. Mustard, roasted almonds and hot pepper jelly wouldn't go amiss either.

Join us on Thursday 4/23 for a FREE demo on making your own mirepoix miso to use those leftover veggie scraps and a conversation around how to use Fermentation to limit food waste.
