Okay, here it is, we're going to give it a shot. Paintball outing scheduled for the weekend of August 19-20. Bring your tents if you want to come by Friday night and we'll set up a campfire. We can cook out Friday night, but asking that everybody bring a sidedish of some sort ... pop or chip or something for the big cook out on Saturday. If we plan on drinking a little bit, then keys will to be surrendered.

Ok everyone...we are going to give this a shot....this weekend, memorial day weekend, I am going to start clearing the field...I'm renting a bush hog and getting at least 1 new blade for the chain saw, Depending on how much help I get clearing this field will determine how much/well I the event cook-out is provided for, but on the other hand if the field doesn't get cleared and prepped they're won't even be an event,

I believe there are at least 2 trees that have to be cut apart and we need to resupport the barricades

As much as I didn't want to do this I guess it's come down to too much to do and not enough time to do it. So the event is cancelled we will try to have another date later next month

Here looking over the field trying to determine locations for new barriers, as it looks now there's more work to be done than we have people or hours to complete. With no response on who will be attending or what dishes are coming I dont think this event will be very successful, should have a definite yes or no by thursday.
