Official show tanner again this year is none other than the tanner to the stars of natural bodybuilding Shawn John Sunless Tanning - Shawn Paul Johnston.

I am excited to announce that the USBF has listened to the athletes and will now offer Mixed Pairs for Pro athletes. This new class will be debuted at the 2023 USBF Natural Med City Bodybuilding Classic by two of my favorite bodybuilders Nicole Goodno and Eric Scott from Scott Strength as guest posers. If you want to see what Mixed Pairs is all about be sure to attend August 26th at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. Show starts at 12 pm and tickets will only be a available at the door by cash or Venmo.

If you are an athlete, or a coach, looking to step on stage late summer early fall, the United States Bodybuilding Federation (USBF) has a triple crown line up scheduled with 3 amazing events perfectly timed to allow athletes to cash in on all of their hard work and dedication.

Athletes can warm up on August 5th at the USBF Junior USA Championship Bodybuilding in Oshkosh, WI. Then make any necessary adjustments and return to the stage August 26th at the USBF Natural Med City Bodybuilding Classic, MN to battle it out for the coveted pro card. If you don’t accomplish that goal, then hit the stage again September 16th at the USBF Golden Lion in Minneapolis, MN.
