I’ve been sharing my story pretty regularly since I felt strong enough to do so… I first shared it on a random FB live and since then have written about it in various places.

When I was in the trenches of PMHDs I didn’t know they were even a thing, let alone a single person who struggled with them.

Then, I shared my story and (I’m not kidding) 50+ women, all whom I knew, reached out to me and thanked me for helping them feel less alone or validating how they felt 30+ years ago when they were postpartum.

I will always share my story…for the women who struggled before me, the women who are struggling now and the women who will struggle one day…because my hope is that all new moms know just how amazing they are and that they are NOT alone in the trenches of postpartum, even when their brain tells them they are…💙

The Climb is the worlds largest fundraiser in support of Perinatal Mental Health Disorders - join us, and moms and dads all around the world as we support parents/families who have struggled, are struggling or lost their battle to a perinatal mental health disorder 💙
