The dedicated group that works year‑round to make this fair possible.
This incredible team:
• Plans and prepares all 12 months of the year
• Attends the PA Fair Convention for networking, training, and continued education
• Trains for emergency situations to keep our fairgrounds safe
• Handles logistics, regulations, scheduling, and countless behind‑the‑scenes responsibilities
• Pours their time, effort, and love into every detail of the fair

🐮 Bryan Yeck – Livestock Superintendent
Keeper of the critters, master of the barns, and the guy who somehow always knows where every animal is supposed to be (after asking Jeri)!
🛡️ Jake Ruckert – Safety/Security & Track Co‑Superintendent
The man behind our updated security and safety plans, making sure the fairgrounds stay compliant, prepared, and protected — and he still helps run the track like a pro.
🤝 Rochelle Ruckert – Volunteer Coordinator & Queen Coordinator
The woman who can organize 100 volunteers and 2 royalty queens
🔧 Tim Druschel – Vice Chairman, Stage Entertainment, & Handyman Extraordinaire
If it needs fixed, built, plugged in, or duct‑taped… Tim’s your guy. Also the keeper of the stage chaos.
🍔 David Stang – Chairman & Food Vendor Coordinator
The man steering the ship — and never sitting still while he does it. If David’s on the phone, he’s pacing a mile. Walking and talking is his natural habitat, and somehow he still manages to keep every food vendor, schedule, and big decision perfectly on track (while relying on Megan)
🥗 Dave Druschel – Take‑Out Meals & Hay & Grain Entries
The king of carry‑out dinners and the guardian of hay and grain. Yes, that’s a real job. Yes, he’s great at it.
🏁 Matt Cooper – Track Superintendent
The track boss. The mud, the machines, the madness — Matt runs it all.
⚡ Greg Beglin – All Things Electric & Water
If it lights up, turns on, or flows, Greg made it happen. Our resident utility wizard.

Barn boss #2 — keeping animals, exhibitors, Bryan, and chaos in perfect working order.
📋 Kelly Druschel – Secretary & Exhibit Data Entry
The keeper of records, forms, entries, and all things paperwork. If it needs documented, Kelly’s got it.
🎟️ Megan Stang – Sponsorships, Contests, & Every Other Random Job
If it doesn’t have a department… Megan probably does it. Sponsorships, contests, communications, and everything in between.
🌼 Sue Brennan – Home & Garden Exhibits Superintendent
The queen of flowers, veggies, crafts, and all things home & garden. She keeps the exhibits running smoothly.
💰 Shannon Cooper – Treasurer
The money master. She keeps the books balanced and the fair financially sane.

The commander of the kitchen kingdom. If it’s chopped, baked, boiled, served, or stirred, Barb had a hand in it — and she runs that kitchen tighter than a drum with a whole lot of heart.

The man behind the scenes helping prep the buildings for vendors
Their work does not replace or overshadow our amazing volunteers — but it’s important to recognize that this Committee carries the weight of the fair on their shoulders long before opening day arrives.
