Rising Sun Summer Fest 2022 is presented by Ohio County Tourism, Inc., a 501C3 not-for-profit entity. This year's event is sponsored in part by the City of Rising Sun, Community Spirit Credit Union, Friendship State Bank, Rising Star Casino, First Financial Bank and the Beacon. The event is held on June 11 from 4-10pm, Rain or Shine.

RISING SUN SUMMER FEST-RISING SUN, IN: Arrive hungry to the Rising Sun Summer Fest-Rising Sun, IN, on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 4-10pm. (Fireworks begin at 10pm). There is something tasty for EVERYONE! Food truck favorites that you keep you coming back for each year, and some new trucks in the line-up! (Pending truck not listed.) Pace yourself so you can try a little bit of everything. Or be sure to grab something for take out for a midnight snack or breakfast. (We won't judge🤣) We'll also have some nuts, honey, rubs & sauces, and doggie treats in the arts & crafts vendor area. We'll look for you there!

We typically see them at the Rising Sun Stars & Stripes Celebration-Rising Sun, IN but they have decided to join us for Summer Fest this year! Our special guest will be Indiana State Festivals Association 2026 Queen Jordyn Leininger. Hailing from Kosciusko County, Jordyn is currently attending Butler University as a Healthcare & Business Major and Business Law Minor. She is a third-generation shepherd, and a 10-year 4-H alumna & former FFA member. Jordyn will be at the Rising Sun Summer Fest from 4-10:30pm. Stop by and meet her and learn more about her platform of You Grow, Girl: Empowering Women through Agriculture. She's also an active volunteer and involved in the performing arts!
