RISING SUN STARS & STRIPES CELEBRATION-Rising Sun, IN: While you're waiting for the July 4, 2026, Rising Sun Stars & Stripes Celebration to arrive, don't forget that there's more going on in Rising Sun! Check out the Rising Sun Summer Fest-Rising Sun, IN on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 4-10:30pm. Free Admission! Featuring arts & crafts, food trucks, a Kid Zone w/inflatables, the Cincinnati Circus, deejay JD Hughes, live music featuring Not Johnny and Top This Band, and much more! We'll conclude the evening with McAlister Fireworks beginning at 10pm. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and Have Some Fun in Rising Sun! We'll look for you there! Presented by Ohio County Tourism. Before the Flying G Fireworks & Displays fireworks at 10pm we'll pay tribute with a bagpiper from the 35th Indiana Pipes & Drums and the National Anthem performed by Maddie C. Music. This year’s festivities include two special guest performances leading into the City of Rising Sun's America250 edition of the Flying G Fireworks & Displays at10:00pm. We welcome a local bagpiper from the 35th Indiana Pipes & Drums who will offer a moving tribute with “Amazing Grace.” Immediately following, a second special guest will perform the National Anthem. Enjoy arts and crafts, food trucks, Foam Happy - First Premier Foam Party Service in Indiana, a 360 camera booth, deejay JD Hughes, and live music—Groove Masters from 5–7 p.m. and the Whammies from 8–10 p.m. Admission is FREE.
