🎲♟️We have made the difficult decision to not have Rip City Game-Con this year.

It has been a labor of love for us to pull off for the last three years and we've reached a point where we are unable to give it the attention it deserves to pull it off successfully and in a way that will feel good for you as attendees.

Who knows what next year will bring. As always, thank you for your support. 🎲♟️

The Mana Oasis and Alexandria Games crew are grabbing breakfast at our amazing event sponsor Mr. and Mrs. P's Eatery. Then it's time for setup at Knuth Brewing Company for today's Rip City Game Con!

2nd post as promised (or warned I guess).

We have 17 Game Masters running 41 games from Noon - 8pm!
We have a Paint and Take table from Draakheim, who we got to hang with at Midwinter Gaming Convention in January.
Midwinter Gaming Convention will be running some games.
Ripon Public Library will be running games.
You can get food and drink from Knuth Brewing Company because you will already be there!
Alexandria Games will have some of our game library available to play.

You can buy a badge at the event, you do not have to do it all ahead of time. If you buy a badge from https://ripcitygamecon.com you can get "tickets" for individual games which means you secure a seat at that game.

3 days to go till Rip City!

We of course want to thank our amazing sponsors Hy-Vee, Mr. and Mrs. P's Eatery, Cliff's Tire & Battery, and Modern Rentals.

Special shout out to our amazing event venue Knuth Brewing Company, a beautiful space to play games at with food and drink right at hand!

We also had a $100 donation that kicked of our GoFundMe campaign this year from Andrew Lowen of Lowen Games and of course thank you to others that have donated to that.

We will be putting out two posts tomorrow to try and give another breakdown of things at the event this Saturday.
