From our educational ranch in Rio Rico, Arizona, to Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸🌻

We are honored and excited to represent M&M Family Orchard and our rural border community as panelists during the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month Leadership Conference.

We will share how access to credit, credit card rewards, electronic payments, and the support of our local small banks have helped our small business grow and how we did it!

M&M Family Orchard is more than a business. It is a place where children and families connect with education, agriculture, animals, nature, and one another.

We are proud educational ranchers, proud Latino small business owners, and proud representatives of Rio Rico and Santa Cruz County. Our rural and border communities deserve to have their experiences and voices heard in Washington, D.C.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11 and honor the courage and sacrifice of our firefighters.

As a firefighter family, M&M Family Orchard Educational Ranch is grateful for the firefighters and their families who support our educational workshops, events, and community. Their bravery, service, and kindness inspire the lessons we share with our children.

Did you know that children can learn while having fun AND at their own pace? 🌻📏🐴

At the ranch, our students have been measuring animals, pieces of wood, gates, and more. They then present their measurements to their teacher and classmates!

Do you know how many centimeters are in one inch? 2.54 centimeters! How many feet are in 24 inches? Two feet! Our students do! They multiply, walk, run, explore, and measure!! ALL at the same time.

And the best part? They will remember what they learned because they were taught through hands-on experiences, with love, patience, respect, and lots of fun! 💚🌻

M&M Family Orchard is proud to be an educational ranch approved to provide educational services through the Arizona Department of Education. We celebrate and support different ways of learning because every child deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in a way that helps them thrive! 🌻

Maddox is such a curious and amazing child! He found a caterpillar chrysalis 🐛 near the entrance of our home, gently picked it up, and cared for it until… a beautiful butterfly emerged! 🦋 What a special experience to witness the wonder of nature through his eyes. 💚✨

Why was it important for us to attend Senator Ruben Gallego’s Town Hall on the Frontera?

As educational ranch and small-business owners in a rural border community, we believe it is important to have a voice in conversations that affect our land, families, students, and future.

At M&M Family Orchard Educational Ranch, we have spent years teaching children and visitors about water conservation and why every drop matters, especially in Arizona.

We attended to advocate for more support and educational opportunities that will help us prepare our future leaders to understand, protect, and conserve this precious resource. 💧🌻
