Dolly Day 2026 has officially come and gone, and WOW… what a day it was!

From the early morning Dolly Dash runners to the last notes of live music, our little downtown was full of life, laughter, and so much love. Seeing our community come together, supporting local businesses, dancing, shopping, eating, and celebrating all things Dolly, was truly something special.

We had amazing food trucks, a packed kid zone, incredible performers, and some of the BEST Dolly look-alikes we’ve ever seen! Every smile, every hug, and every “y’all come back now” made this day unforgettable.

’Twas the night before Dolly Day, and all through the town,
Not a vendor was sleeping, they were setting up around.
The tents were all staked by the sidewalks with care,
In hopes that sweet Dolly vibes soon would be there.

The children were dreaming of bounce houses and treats,
While visions of food trucks danced down the streets.
With music and laughter soon filling the air,
You could feel all the magic just waiting to flare.

When out on the square there arose such a clatter,
It was stages and lights being set up with chatter!
Volunteers hustling, working late into night,
Making sure everything’s just right by first light.

The boots will be sparkly, the wigs big and bright,
Dolly look-alikes ready to shine in the spotlight.
From races at sunrise to music all day,
There’s something for everyone coming your way!

So grab your big hair and your rhinestone glam,
Come hungry, come ready—bring your whole fam!
For tomorrow’s the day we’ve all been dreaming of…
