A little behind the scenes at the Polk County Fairgrounds! 🎥

We’re grateful to John Swanson, Polk County Commissioner-elect, Position 2, and Anna Scharf, Oregon State Representative for House District 23, for visiting the fairgrounds and helping create videos to share why they support the levy.

Protecting this community resource takes support from across our community—from state and county leaders to local businesses, chambers of commerce, private-sector partners, and neighbors. Each brings a valuable perspective on what the fairgrounds means to Polk County and why its future matters.

The Friends of the Fairgrounds need to raise an additional $3,000 to help fund the final advertising efforts ahead of the November levy vote.

First, make sure you’re ready to vote! Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 13, is Oregon’s voter registration deadline for the November 3 election.
