The Balloon Glow & Laser Show is a traveling festival that blends the timeless allure of Hot Air Balloons with the excitement of modern Laser Displays, Food trucks, Music and Vendors!

Gates open at 5PM. Tickets are $10 more at the gate, get them in advance and save. Balloon Rides are $35 and purchased at the event (See Balloon Ride Tent). General Parking is FREE.

Everything Must Glow LLC is lighting up the night — and we want YOU on our team!

Location: Washington County Fairgrounds, 78 Richmond Townhouse Rd, Richmond, RI 02812
Dates: Friday & Saturday, September 12–13, 2025
Time: 4:00 PM – Close (approx. 11 PM or later)

We’re looking for high-energy, family-friendly individuals who can help us bring the fun and glow to life!
If you love crowds, lights, and festival vibes, this is for you!

What You’ll Do:
• Help run our vibrant glow booth & mobile carts
• Interact with excited kids and families
• Spread positive energy and assist with sales

Pay: $15/hr + tips
Must be available both nights
Family-friendly atmosphere — bring your best smile!

DJ & Live Music for your entertainment from a variety of Artists.

Lots & Lots of Craft & Retail Vendor Booths with tons of cool and interesting stuff for sale!

Food Vendors with bunches of fantastic Festival Style food to choose from!

Bucket List!! Tethered Hot air Balloon rides will be available for purchase during the event for $35 per person. While supplies last and weather dependent.

For the Grand Finale each night after dusk... about 9pm we will have the fantastic Hot Air Balloon Glow & Laser show where we will light up all the balloons in unison with crowd participatory "Count Downs"! This show incorporates Music and visually stunning coordinated burns by the Hot Air Balloons & Lasers.. creating a Glow!

Bring your blankets, chairs and umbrellas and set up your own "perfect" viewing spot!!!

We will have a Kids Zone, with Games and Rides and much more!
