Wooden Blues: Lou Shields, Micah Kesselring, Achilles Tenderloin at Noble Order Brewing - Friday, April 15 at 7 PM

Each month, the Wooden Blues concert series features a different pair of the finest acoustic blues artists around, carefully selected and hosted by Achilles Tenderloin at Noble Order Brewing / J&J Winery & Cafe.

April’s featured acts are Lou Shields and Micah Kesselring! We are very lucky to have these two phenomenal players join us on Friday, April 15. Please drop in and give them a warm welcome.

Each Wooden Blues event also kicks off a monthly art show :) April’s featured artist is Phil English. Show up between 5 and 7 to check out Phil’s paintings and meet the artist himself.

JJ Stenzoski of Delta Duo, who joined us for February's Wooden Blues event, has announced the lineup for this year's Irvington Acoustic Blues Festival, which will take place in Indianapolis on September 18! I'm pleased to tell you that our host Achilles Tenderloin is on the bill, along with a stellar lineup up of some the region's absolute finest blues players:

Wooden Blues: Will Scott, Joe Waters, Achilles Tenderloin
Each month, the Wooden Blues concert series features a different pair of the region's finest acoustic blues artists, carefully selected and hosted by Achilles Tenderloin.

Wooden Blues returns this Friday, February 19 to J&J Winery & Cafe / Noble Order Brewing in Richmond, Indiana. The music begins at 7 PM with an opening performance by Achilles Tenderloin.

This new concert series features a different pair of the region’s absolute finest acoustic blues artists each month, selected and hosted by Achilles Tenderloin.

February’s featured acts are Dayton’s Chris Yakopcic Music and Delta Duo, of Indianapolis. If you’ve heard me go on about either of these two, you know they’re among my favorite living blues artists anywhere.

You local folks might remember Chris and the Duo from a blues festival we held at the winery in 2014, as well as from Achilles Tenderloin’s Roscoe’s Odyssey series in February 2014.

Beginning in 2016, Noble Order Brewing presents Wooden Blues, a monthly acoustic blues concert series, hosted by Achilles Tenderloin at Noble Order Brewing in Richmond, IN.

Each event features a unique and highly selective lineup of acoustic blues musicians from around the region. The lineup for our inaugural season is:
