Sail A Small Boat Day - Richmond Yacht Club Sail a Small Boat Day is your chance to try out lots of boats in one place. Next event: Saturday April 18, 2026 It's free and open to the public.

Richmond Yacht Club's annual Sail a Small Boat Day is a unique free opportunity to test sail a wide variety of small sailboats on San Francisco Bay. This event usually held the first weekend of March. Be sure to bring warm & waterproof clothing and a change of clothes in case you get wet.
