⚔️🍻Crazy Rooster & Richbrau Brewing to drop collab in fight against Pancreatic Cancer🍻⚔️

In July 2023, Crazy Rooster co-founder Tim Torrez was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer just days before Richmond's annual Brewtown, USA festival in Shockoe Bottom. Tim kept the diagnosis to himself and decided to attend anyway. He laughed and joked around with everyone who stopped by the Crazy Rooster beer tent that July day. Not long after the festival, he began telling those close to him about the diagnosis and shortly after that, on August 18th, 2023 Tim Torrez left us. Our hearts were broken.

In honor of Tim and his legacy of being a uniter of people, Crazy Rooster and Richbrau Brewing have teamed up to create Uniter IPA -- a 5.5%abv RVA IPA. A portion of the proceeds from Uniter IPA sales will be donated to PANCAN as will a portion of the proceeds from this year's Brewtown '24 craft beer festival. Uniter IPA will be released on draft and in 16oz cans on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Brewtown '24 and will be available in both Crazy Rooster and Richbrau Brewing taprooms and festival tents. The Brewtown '24 festival runs from 1-9pm on 7/20/24 at 2000 Dock Street in Shockoe Bottom.
