Our first processing dates for our 2022 freezer beef quickly sold out!

We're pleased to announce that we've secured additional processing dates for June 2022 delivery.

This is your opportunity to ensure availability of high quality, fresh beef at a fraction of soaring supermarket prices.

UPDATE: it was just brought to our attention that there was a typo in the email address at the end of our original post. Here it is again with the correct email address. Sorry for the confusion!

We are thrilled to announce 2022 availability for our pasture raised, grass fed, grain finished beef steers from our family operated Canaan Acres Farm in Richmond, Kentucky. We are now taking reservations for whole and side (half) beefs with the next available delivery being late April 2022. We anticipate each side will yield about 225-250+ lbs. of freezer beef and offer many options for custom processing from our USDA licensed processor, like steak thickness, roast size and hamburger patties. Although we won’t be offering quarter beefs, we encourage you to consult family friends and consider going in on a side beef together. Beef will be market priced at time of processing, anticipated at this time to be approximately $6/take home pound, and will be packaged in vacuum sealed, frozen packets.

Processing appointments have been extremely limited recently and we hope to accommodate as many customers as possible on a first come, first served basis.
