This year’s marquee event for those working in RVA's service, beverage and hospitality industries (now just bartenders) is in association with the Richmond Chapter of the US Bartenders Guild and will be held at The Hideaway, the speakeasy club adjoining The Park.
Tickets are just $25 each and covers admission, hors d'oeuvres and your first drink. This year’s event will feature a live onstage bartending competition, a live DJ, and on-site voting for the local industry professionals you consider “The Best”. Categories include:
Best Bartender, Best Server, Best Kitchen Favorite Industry Bar, Most likely to polish off a bottle of Jameon, Most creative excuse for running late, Most likely to tell you they're out of something so they don't have to make it, Most likely to get caught snacking throughout the shift, Operates solely on energy drinks, Fastest ticket time (front or back of the house)
The venue is The Hideaway, a hidden modern speakeasy style venue adjoining The Park RVA. Follow the signs as the entrance is on the opposite side of The Park's main entrance.
