Tradition has it that we go to The Bar after Showdown. I let them know they’ll have some pretty thirsty and hungry CrossFitters showing up around 4:30/5pm 🍻 We highly recommend the burgers there! 🍔

‼️ Important 🚨

Athlete emails will be going out with more information by Thursday night but here’s what you really just need to know now:

- 7am-8am Mandatory Athlete Check-in
- 8am-9am Standards/Event Briefing
- 9am Scaled Heats will begin.

** Movement Change**
For “Mr. Clean” Scaled division will perform 1 lap of heavy Farmer Carry instead of Yoke Carry if they cannot climb the rope.
