Had a great weekend in Arlington/Poynette as we won the Wisconsin State Seniors Bonspiel with Randy, Steve, and Pete.

Ice surface is coming along nicely. Still have room in the event. If you have looked ahead to the forcast, have no worries. Draws and number of ends will be adjusted to maximize curlers enjoyment.

A first for shoveling ice in the rain yesterday. But now a fairly even sheet of ice is tucked in under last night's snow, hopefully to be uncovererd, prepped, and provide a rink for some curling. Looking maybe at January 17th. Stay tuned.

We have ice, but it will not be the same surface as last year. Very thin ice and snow doesn't make a good start. Will update if potential dates become available.

We got to travel to Cortina Italy this week. One of the host cities of next years Olympics, and venue where curling will take place. We were able to catch team USA's, skipped by Wausau's Wes Wendling, last three round robin games.
