In a story about truth, reputation, and the cost of standing by your beliefs, the journey behind the scenes can be just as powerful as the one on stage. For Riley Givens, who takes on the intense and conflicted role of John Proctor, that journey has been a lesson in commitment and passion.

“Being part of theatre—especially playing a role like John Proctor—has taught me that if I want to do what I love for the rest of my life, it’s going to take real dedication, time, and effort,” Riley shares. “It’s not just about talent, it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and pushing yourself every day to be better.”

That drive and determination are what bring depth and authenticity to Proctor’s story each night. Come see Riley Givens’s powerful performance in The Crucible at 2 p.m.

In a story where a community begins to tear itself apart, it’s the strength of community behind the scenes that makes it all possible…

For Alanah Powell, who brings Elizabeth Proctor to life in our production of The Crucible, that sense of connection has meant everything.

“Being involved in theatre has taught me how important being there for one another is,” she shares. “We have such a dedicated, caring community here. I will always remember the people I’ve met here!”

It’s that trust and support that gives our cast the strength to tell this powerful story night after night. Come see our last performance of The Crucible today at 2 p.m.!
