After a month+ of individual rehearsals focused on character development (each actor portrays 5-11 roles!), full cast rehearsals for THE LARAMIE PROJECT have begun!

Over the next several weeks all the elements will be woven together - words, blocking, interactions, lighting, sound - to fully create all the ‘moments’ that comprise this uniquely structured show.

Our first gathering for YANKEE HEARTH TALES: an original vaudeville-style cabaret in our beloved Conkling Hall.
Trying out material…digging through boxes of old costumes…seeing all three Bub brothers together for the first time in months…finding out that Meara can sing in Gaelic.
So different from a scripted play! It’s not until this gathering that we start to see how the little bits we were asked to work up individually fit together in Taradwyn’s vision for a show. It’s going to be a fun time - Theatre of, for, and by the community!
