We’ve never NOT been floored by her performances, including on the OBMF stage in 2017, 2023, & 2025 and are delighted to have her back in Reno for OTR!

KINGWHISTLER - Based in Reno, NV, frontman, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Nick Aliberti—better known as Kingwhistler—brings a passion for classic rock and catchy hooks to the indie scene. 🚗🔥 OffBeat veterans and uber-cuties return to Reno on their Dashboard Heat tour! After lighting up The Loving Cup at OBMFs ‘17 and ‘21, the Seattle quartet brings their “ramshackle rocket of a record” to this Tuesday.

🌙 Dashboard Heat is a cosmic journey through cars, celestial forces, childhood homes, light and darkness — produced in exchange for painting a recording studio (maybe the most DIY thing we’ve ever heard). With songs featured in the hit game Pacific Drive and ranked on KEXP’s Best of 2023, Smokey Brights have been shooting for the solar system while staying grounded in Northwest songcraft.
