The natural red color of the marinade doesn’t create that signature red ring around the edges of the Char Siu interior like red dye #5 does, and honestly, I kinda miss that look. But the flavor and texture more than make up for it, this is melt in your mouth tender, juicy, and delicious! 🔥🤤

You can come and try some yourself at the Hoaloha Tiki Room Friday and Saturday!
