Western Christmas

Western Christmas The Columbia River Circuit Finals Rodeo came home to the Deschutes County Expo Center in 2021, and have their event planned again for 2022.

After 10 years, we are ready to rock Western Christmas in October 2022, but our first step in this process is reaching out to the those who made it so spectacular in 2011 and 2012! We need to see what your interest level is! And we need to get an idea of how many potential vendors we have so we can be confident going into our event planning. Therefore, this information has not been publicly announ

ced and we don’t have our website updated yet. Once we have heard back from you, we guarantee the vendor application and website will be loaded with all the information you’ll need! Trade Show Dates: Friday, October 21-Sunday, October 23, 2022
Location: Deschutes County Fair & Expo - Livestock Barns

If you didn’t join us in 2011 or 2012, we still want to hear from you. You were on our “Vendor Wish List,” and we’d love to have you. A little information about Western Christmas 2012. We had 200 vendors in a 40,000 sq ft building close to the rodeo grounds. We had 10,000 attendees and vendors estimated they spent $418,000 collectively. Vendors and their products were juried, and all items were western in nature. All vendors decorated their booths to create a magical Christmas atmosphere. We also included special activities to keep attendees at the trade show. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at our office (Every Idea Marketing) 541-383-2669. Some of you might remember Marty from several of our events. He led the Cowboy Church service one year, acted as announcer for the events and even let us talk him into modeling in our fashion show. His little girl is very sick. Please keep the family in your prayers. And, If you're able, click through and donate for Parker's medical expenses.Thank you all.

Marty and Mandie Campbell, of Pendleton Oregon, have a little girl, a little girl named Parker. Parker is a very sick little girl, that has gone through more in last 14 days, than i have, and many of you reading this have gone through in our entire life. The only difference is she is a lot toug...

We hope everyone enjoys the Columbia River Circuit Finals Rodeo this weekend and we are working on plans to be back in 2014.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce we are unable to host Western Christmas this year. With limited space available at the Deschutes County Fair and Expo, we are not able to include enough of our vendors and entertainment (or our signature food vendors due to catering contracts that are in place) to make the event what we originally designed it to be.

We are all very disappointed, but committed to doing our best to bring Western Christmas back in 2014 to accommodate all the aspects that make the event special so special and not just another tradeshow; a large variety of quality vendors, delicious local food, fabulous entertainment, and family fun activities. We want to make Western Christmas the best possible event to complement the Columbia River Circuit Finals Rodeo.

To our vendors who have been incredibly loyal, bringing amazing products to keep our attendees coming back and asking for more, we want to thank you for your continued support and we hope you will rejoin us next year. Your efforts to help create an impressive event to kick off the holiday season and celebrate the Western culture have not gone unnoticed. We will keep you posted on our progress, so you have plenty of time to prepare and plan for 2014.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at our office (Every Idea Marketing) 541-383-2669.
We wish you all the best and look forward to working with you next year.
