Great event, where you can join in and perform!

It’s a social experiment and a musical journey. Have you ever wanted to be in a band?

Are you in a band and want to try playing a new genre?

Do you play an unconventional instrument you would like to see in a different kind of band?

Do you sing in the shower or have an instrument lying around you have always wanted to play?

Join Mystery Band! Here's how it works:

Once we have your information, we separate everyone into instrument/vocalist categories then draw randomly from each category. Depending on sign ups will determine band size.

Each band has 6-8 weeks to develop 3 original songs that they will perform on Mystery Band night, Friday, August 25

Once assigned to a band, RMB is hands off. It is up to each band to organize practices, determine genre and name the band.

RMB prefers local Redlands residents for ease of organization. If you are outside of the Redlands area you need to be flexible to practice location.

Any genre of music is up for grabs: Bluegrass, funk, rock, jazz, country, indy, shoegaze, disco. Whatever your band decides.

If you are 21 and up and can commit to the August 25 2023 date for performance,
