We’re gonna do something a little different this weekend. When you order your latte, or any specialty drink containing espresso— we’ll give you a choice of bean. The Dark Roast Honduras Bean or our Light Roast Ethiopian Bean.

We have the Medium Roast Peruvian Bean prepared as a Cold Brew.

Light Roast takes the burnt flavor out of coffee (in Anna’s words) it’s acidic, floral, bright— and actually contains more caffeine 🤯 —give it a try 😉

It’s simple switches like these, that make us different. Swapping the plastics filter on our drip coffee maker for a stainless steel one. Avoiding microplastics leaking into our hot coffee. We’ve made this decision on many of our coffee making tools. Ensuring that your hot coffee isn’t touching plastic. 👏

We’re working behind the scenes to upgrade our tea menu for this coming month! Hibiscus is a floral favorite of mine.

What type of loose leaf/herbal teas would you like to see on the menu?

☕️ A new coffee roast has been bagged and ready for sale:

Dark Roast Honduras Guama Danta from the Comayagua region (west-central).

This coffee has notes of Cocoa Powder, Praline, Brown Spice, Hazelnut, and Red Apple.

🇭🇳 The country's coffee sector thrives primarily in the western regions, where altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,700 meters create optimal conditions for cultivating high-quality specialty coffee. Despite infrastructure and socioeconomic challenges, entrepreneurial producers are racing to improve quality, innovate processing techniques, and cultivate high-profile coffee varietals. As Honduras continues to invest in sustainable practices and quality improvement initiatives, its position as a key player in the global coffee market becomes increasingly prominent.
