History and Mission:
• Founded by ‘Friends of the Camel Club’, to help those who are in recovery from substance abuse disorders like drug addiction and alcoholism.
• The primary goal is to demonstrate that it is possible to have a rich and enjoyable time without substance use.
• The festival is described as "a lot like Woodstock, except there's no drugs or alcohol, and half a million less people." YES, a funny exaggeration, but in vibe true (;
• Proceeds from the festival help support the Camel Club, a 12-step recovery meeting place in Reading, Ohio.
• Camelstock’s moto is ‘There Will Be Coffee’
Event Details:
• Format: A weekend-long, family-friendly event with a focus on music, art, and recovery.
• Activities: The festival features live music, guest speakers, recovery meetings (such as AA and NA), art and craft vendors, and food.
• Location: The Izaak Walton League in Loveland, Ohio.
• Admission: As of a past event, the cost was $10 per day or $15 for the weekend, with overnight camping available.
• Atmosphere: The event is known for being a supportive and inclusive environment where "everybody is watching out for each other."

We've had so many requests to bring Camelstock back, and that warms our hearts. Thank you.

The realities of it are that the amount of time and energy it takes to put it together, and then pull it off have just not been available. Many of the staples that helped keep it going are not in place anymore, but if we ever get a second wind, WE WILL BE BACK !!!!.

That being said, when and if the winds of change shift again, you'll be the first to hear about it.

We are keeping the page and are greatfull and thankfull that we were able to run it from 2014 till 2024 with 11 consecutive years of good clean & sober, summer fun!

Thank you to all who have helped, attended or performed at the Camelstocks one through 11 (-: we love you all ...

We proved that CLEAN and SOBER Rockers can 'Easy Doo's It and Do It Better (-; stay tuned... But more importantly Stay Clean, Stay Sober, don't pickup anything, with anybody, for any reason, at any time and KEEP COMING BACK!!!
