We are sad to hear that one of our airshow friends, Jon Thocker, passed away yesterday evening at an airshow practice. Jon and his wingman Ken delighted our skies with their brilliant performances at the Reading Airfest. Jon will truly be missed, and our thoughts go out to his family and friends. It has been a few weeks since our show, but the READING AIR Fest wanted to thank everyone who could make this possible, including our staff and volunteers, Reading Regional Airport, Reading Air Traffic Control, Bern Township, Bern Township Police, M & G Security, Greenfield's Fire Department, Schuylkill Valley Ambulance, our Airshow performers, and the countless other individuals and organizations. We hope you enjoyed this unique community event and hope to see you here next year!

It's going to be a beautiful day at the North Ramp. Come out this evening to the "AIR Fest Afterdark" to enjoy the areas only night airshow followed by fireworks. Gates open at 3pm, show starts at 6pm with fireworks to follow. Adult tickets $15, youth $10, and children under 7 FREE! See you soon!

Make sure to vote on Saturday, Sept 10th, for the People's Choice Award for this year's Classic Car Show. The trophy was designed and built by Laserworx of Pottstown, PA! What a great trophy!
